Dutch wholesale market leader Sligro Food Group has strategically partnered with Heineken Nederland. Through this partnership, Sligro will carry out Heineken’s logistics operations for the Dutch hospitality sector. In addition, Heineken has sold its wholesale operations for the rest of its food and non-food range – including soft drinks, waters, spirits, wines, tea and coffee – to Sligro.
To facilitate this change there has been set up an interface between the Sligro AS-400 and Heineken SAP environment to exchange Sales, Delivery and Invoicing information. With my experience as support consultant when implementing the Heineken SAP environment I was able to support the team monitoring this interface in resolving and analyzing issues with this interface.
